Words which have 'export' as a stem word like exporter are used in the full report 53 times, while trade is used 64 times. This doesn't seem to have translated into anything concrete in terms of a recommendation for the export sector. Although there is a recommendation about Fonterra and also one targeting Zespri.
If you are looking at the full report you can search for words within the document - use the binocular symbol from the left sidebar. That can be quite helpful.
